fix: crash roundup-admin perftest password without rounds= argument.
If the rounds value is taken from the config file, it doesn't need to
be parsed into an int.

add uprev version of jquery, minimized. Sphinx is using 3.2.1 which has security issues. On my server it is using the version from _static.
