No one will use it unless creative software can output it. I would love to see it supported in Blender, as PNG sequences are quite slow. Also I would love to see not just an animation version of it, but specifically a container and codec based on WebP with support for alpha channels, lossless or lossy compression, and mp3 or aac audio (or perhaps FLAC and/or ogg to keep things free). WebP looks encouraging, Motion WebP + audio in a container would be great, particularly if encoding/decoding could be hardware accelerated eventually.Kassandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02945671637152105083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11300808.post-56381217117118528562011-11-18T14:17:29.842-08:002011-11-18T14:17:29.842-08:00what a coincidence. i received ur update as i was ...what a coincidence. i received ur update as i was struggling for the past few days to compress couple of pics for upload. its nice u updated me. thanks to google for making things easy n faster.swamiji.kalihattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07996160315984338255noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11300808.post-40631966019699891582011-11-18T13:53:14.985-08:002011-11-18T13:53:14.985-08:00Please make a javascript implementation of the dec...Please make a javascript implementation of the decoder (with CANVAS output) so that this can be used on all modern browsers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11300808.post-61564054204500718112011-11-18T13:52:26.818-08:002011-11-18T13:52:26.818-08:00Please make a javascript implementation of the dec...Please make a javascript implementation of the decoder (with output) so that this can be used on all modern browsers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11300808.post-76546158161416303432011-11-18T13:18:15.195-08:002011-11-18T13:18:15.195-08:00This is a lossless format.
