Even though Casino Jack & Skipper Adam were sentenced to 5 years and 10 months, there is still the trial of the Gangland Style Murder of Gus Boulis.
That trial could bring additional charges if the mobsters implicate Abramoff and Kidan.

I quoted Casino Jack offering his apologies to his friends, family and himself, yet me never mentions the other people he hurt, such as the Tribes he ripped off, the women in Slave Labor Camps in the Commonwealth of the North Marinas Islands.
You remember CNMI, the Islands DeLay and Abramoff lobbied against the women having workers rights, the place DeLay wants to model the US after.
The place where women are forced into prostitution, forced abortions if they become pregnant, forced to work in unfit conditions, forced to work 14 hrs a day.

Well I guess to be fair that is yet to come. This sentence was for the fraud in the SunCruz Casino Gambling Adventure, down in Florida. We'll have to wait and see what Lil' Tony, Big Tony, and Pudgy has to say about why they decided to knock off Gus Boulis.

Well, well, well, the New York times finally decided to report on the Downing Street Memos.
So, it only took them over a year to print the story that proves that Mad king Boy George was begging to start a war with Iraq.

Paul O'Neill tried to inform us that as soon as they took over the government that they were planning an invasion for Iraq. Richard Clarke warned us of the dangers. Scott Ritter spoke out. Ambassador Joseph Wilson, who's wife was exposed by the "The White House Iraq Group." Joe tried to warn us and explained that they were out to get him as far back as March '03. He was aware of the campaign to destroy his reputation, his livelihood, and most importantly his wife Valerie Plame Wilson. Who's very job was protecting our country from WMD's! The WHIG, were more concerned with playing dirty politics, that they would risk our national security.

Yet the corporate news media chose not to inform the public at large.
Why do you suppose that is?
Were they going to profit by their decision to keep silent?

I remember in the lead up to the Iraq war there were a whole lot of ads being played All the Time, from the likes of Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Kerr McGee.
I was very curious why Lockheed Martin advertised so much. It's not like we could run down to the local dealer and buy a missile.
But I'm not that dumb and recognized as the propaganda that it was, it was meant as a way to shore up investments by the wealthy ruling class, with their huge tax breaks they could afford to profit from the WARS.

So, it seems as though ole BUGBOY DeLay is going to appeal the Courts decision to uphold the law that has taken away his concealed handgun.

If the Court awards in his appeal, then aren't they, by BUGBOY's definition "activist judges" because they would be legislating from the bench?

Isn't BUGBOY against this sort of action?

Could they also be worried that he could bring a firearm into their Courts?

It has now been reported that ole "Uncle Bucky" Bush is being investigated for his involvement with insider trading.

SEC filings show "Uncle Bucky", exercised options on 8,348 shares of ESSI stock Jan. 18, 2005, about two months after the stop order was issued. He collected about $450,000 in cash.
Bush, known in the president's family as "Uncle Bucky," joined ESSI's board in 2000, several months before his nephew became president.

It appears that Scooter is ready to implicate more people involved in the conspiracy on outing Valerie Plame Wilson's identity in retaliation against her husband Joseph Wilson's exposing the Bush Regime/Cartel's lies concerning yellowcake uranium and Saddam.
The White House Iraqi Group were dead set on going to war with Iraq. They were not going to let anyone or anything get in their way of their goal. They planned on making billions of dollars off this "investment", and they have succeeded in their venture.

Well Chris thinks he can sneak one by us and that we won't notice his "flip-flop" about censures. Media Matters did their great research yet again, and caught Matthews of his typical double standards he is prone to promote.
It seems back in 1998, chris thought it was a great idea to censure President Clinton over a sexcapade. Yet under the Bush Regime/Cartel with all the serious scandals, chris has forgotten that you can choose to censure a president instead of impeachment.

Senator Feingold deserves our support for standing up for our rights, for our freedoms, and most of all our Constitution. Thank you Russ!

Another one bites the dust. Claude Allen, former White House Domestic Policy Advisor was caught over several months using a scheme that finally got him arrested. It appears that Claude going to stores on more than 25 occasions and buying items, taking them to his car and then returning to the store with his receipt. He would then pick up the same items he had just bought and return them for a refund, the police said.
The incidents were said to have occurred while Mr. Allen was still in his job as Mr. Bush's domestic policy adviser.

A longtime conservative, Mr. Allen started his career working for Jesse Helms, the former Republican senator from North Carolina.

A former deputy secretary in the Department of Health and Human Services, Mr. Allen was nominated in 2003 to a federal appeals court seat, but Senate Democrats blocked him. The N.A.A.C.P. opposed the nomination on the ground that he had not supported civil rights initiatives like a holiday to honor the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The Bush Regime/Cartel is tithing more federal taxpayer dollars to religious charities. That's right, separation of church and state be damned. Constitution be damned. It means nothing to these people.
He claims that the churches can better handle giving out money to the people who need it, but I disagree.
Why isn't the government better at distributing the money?
When the government was helping people who needed it, the Repubs would scream it was Welfare.
However, if a church does the same thing it's considered charity.
But, isn't it really the same exact thing?
Do they think we are so ignorant we can't tell the difference?
I guess if we're going to use the same logic, then how can we trust the churches?

It really is quite tragic that our troops are subjected to the likes of Bill O’Leilly, Rush Limpbaughs, and the G. Gordon Liddy Show, yet they can not access any information from the internet that leans to the left. Wonkette, Al Franken are listed as Political/Opinion, yet the approved people have no defining labels. Funny, I thought the three of them were very Political and highly Opinionated.

I guess I can understand why there is such a high suicide rate among troops. They can't take it anymore, with all the death, doom and destruction, they can't even get a little entertainment to help relieve the stress they are suffering under, due to the incompetent leaders they have to take orders from.

But hey guys isn't the reich-wing entertaining enough for you. Why, they've got your backs. They support you. Yeah right!

But how many times has any of the above sanctioned/approved propagandist been to Iraq.
I know Al Franken has been numerous times, and yet the troops aren't allowed to access his website.
How pathetic, they are told they are fighting for our freedoms, yet they don't have any. Really is tragic!

Since the videos have been released confirming that the Bush Regime/Cartel knew in advance that Katrina would be devastating and it would interfere with everyone in the MisAdministrations Vacations, they decided to use the same MO as when the Terrorist attacks on 9-11, No One could have anticipated defense.
So now when we hear this nonsense we will be well aware they were warned but chose to ignore any and all such warnings.
